To be considered for an admin position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Language: English must be known at a decent level.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Activity: Regularly active on the servers and forums (minimum 1 hour per day).
- Experience: Prior admin or moderation experience preferred but not required.
- Behavior: Must be mature, respectful, and able to handle conflicts calmly.
- Knowledge: Familiar with server rules, game mechanics, and community guidelines.
- Availability: Able to dedicate consistent time for monitoring servers and assisting players.
- Integrity: No history of abusing powers or cheating.
- Communication: Able to report issues clearly and work well with staff.
